PROMOTION DESCRIPTION & Eligibility: The $100 Sweepstake (\"Sweepstake\") begins on Thursday, December 9^th, 2021 at 12:00AM EST and ends on Tuesday, June 7^th, 2022 at 11:59PM EST (the \"Promotion Period\"). You are entering our competition for your chance to win a $100 cash prize. The sponsor of this Sweepstake is Moe Investments, LLC ("Sponsor"). By participating in the Sweepstake, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstake. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstake. Sponsor may be reached by email at info@MoeInvestments.org during the Promotion Period.

Sweepstake (the “Sweepstake”) is open only to those who sign up at the online Sweepstake page and who are 18 years of age at the date of entry. The Sweepstake is only open to legal residents of the United States of America and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Moe Investments, LLC (the “Sponsor”) their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, suppliers and each of their respective officers, directors and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (the \"Promotion Entities\") of each are ineligible to enter and participate in the Sweepstake or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, stepparents, legal guardians, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. This Sweepstake is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Moe Investments, LLC, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstake is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

Sweepstake Period & Prize(s): Entries will be accepted online starting on or about Thursday, December 9^th, 2021 and ending Tuesday, June 7^th, 2022. All online entries must be received by Tuesday, June 7th, 2022 11:59PM EST.

Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive [$100 CASH PRIZE]. Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Prizes cannot be transferred or substituted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. This Sweepstake is open to legal residents of the United States America and Prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within said locations. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.

How to Enter: The Sweepstake must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on this Sweepstake website https://moeinvestments.org/pages/free-giveaway-chance-to-win-100. The entry must fulfill all Sweepstake requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Moe Investments, LLC. You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Moe Investments, LLC. Disqualification not limited to the above or following but includes the following: Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial Sweepstake subscription notification and/or entering services, will void Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstake.

How To Claim Prize(s): Winners will receive notification to participate in a live video call or stream to accept prize. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize disbursement shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. Cash prizes must be claimed via check, money order, PayPal or $CashApp. No other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Moe Investments, LLC to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

NOTE: By entering the Sweepstake, you consent and give Moe Investments, LLC authorization to live video call or stream with you while recording data/video for promotional, statistical and research purposes. In addition to using your name, photo and other likeness/representation to showcase the Sweepstake for current/future promotional, statistical and research purposes.

Odds: The odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner selection and notification: The Winner(s) of the Sweepstake will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period under the supervision of the Sponsor. Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final, will conduct the random drawing within five (5) days after the Promotion Period. Winners will be notified approximately within five (5) days following the winner selection via email, phone, or social media DM to the email address, phone number and/or social media handle they provided in the Entry Information to enter the Sweepstake. Potential Winner must accept a prize by email as directed by Sponsor within 15 days of notification (approx. Wednesday, June 22^nd, 2022). Moe Investments, LLC shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account or answer your phone calls. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The potential prizewinner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively \"the Prize Claim Documents\"). No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.

The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstake is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKE AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Rights Granted by you: By entering this content you understand that Moe Investments, LLC, anyone acting on behalf of Moe Investments, LLC, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstake, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
Terms: Moe Investments, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstake should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstake. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstake may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Moe Investments, LLC reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstake; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstake; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstake or download of any materials in the Sweepstake. If, for any reason, the Sweepstake is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstake, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstake in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Sweepstake.

Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKE IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF the United States of America AND State of Maryland, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. The Sponsors, Promoter's or Host(s) decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into the final decision.
The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Sponsor, Promoter or Host(s) after the winner has been selected.
